Deal Structure

We bring the correct amount of capital to execute on the strategy we design. Typically, $10-$15 million per deal. We take full operational and board control. We bring in the executive team that will unlock the potential but prefer to have some of the existing team partner with us.
1. Get In Touch
Reach out to us and let us know you’d like to get to know us better or that you know a company we should know.
2. Initial Meeting
We take our time getting to know the team and the company. Starting with a meeting to get us acquainted with the opportunity and for the management team to get to know us.
3. Research
We take a deep dive in the industry, the people, the market, the culture, the customers, and the potential to be unlocked.
4. Modeling
Working with the information we received we model how we could ad value. We target 22% IRR or better for our financial partners.
5. Deal
Working together with the current equity holder we structure a deal where everyone wins if we’re involved and we execute the way our executives have proven they can.
6. Diligence
We spend 90-120 days reviewing all the documents, writing all the plans, and formalizing the deal.
7. Close
We close the deal.
